| We use FedEx Ground service for domestic shipments. Standard packaging is a shipping carton with sufficient cushioning materials to ensure your clock safely. Please order a gift box only if needed, so we can all cut down on waste and protect our environment. If you choose this option, your clock will be placed inside the gift box with additional padding material and tissue paper. The hands are set to 12:00 and secured in place with additional padding material. Carefully slide this padding material from the hands and use the dial on the back of the clock mechanism to set the correct time. Install the AA battery and your clock is ready to hang.
Deposits are not refundable and there are no refunds on Custom Clocks unless the piece delivered is not the piece that was approved for production. In the case of defect, you may return the clock at our expense and we will repair or replace the clock at our discretion. |
